I have always had a keen interest and love for health and fitness and grew up playing every sport under the sun.
As an adult I played rugby league on a professional level for thirteen years both in Australia and overseas. This allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and experience in advanced strength and fitness training methods from numerous sports industry professionals.
Since retiring as a player, I have further grown my skills by obtaining my personal training qualifications, allowing me to combine the latest scientifically proven methods with my own experience as an athlete to develop and fine tune the most effective and transformative training programs for both my male and female clients.
In today’s busy world people don’t have 4-5 hours per week to spend at the gym so I have consolidated all my knowledge into the most highly effective, results driven and transformative programs for my clients to achieve their goals and attain their dream bodies in as little as 1 – 2 hours a week.
I’m here to encourage and support you no matter what your goals are. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, gain strength, or just feel more confident in your own body, I am with you every step of the way. I will work with you to overcome your mental barriers and assist you with dietary choices to help you achieve your goals.
